Authors are also required to acknowledge that BALE: Journal of Communication Studies holds the right to be the first publisher of the article under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

BALE: Journal of Communication Studies is published in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. This license allows anyone to copy, redistribute, adapt, and create derivative works from the articles for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors as the original creators of the work.

 

Authors whose articles are accepted for publication or have been published in BALE: Journal of Communication Studies voluntarily agree to the following terms: 

1.       Authors retain copyright over their works and grant the journal simultaneous publication rights under an Open Access License, which permits others to disseminate the works provided that proper acknowledgment of authorship and the original publication in this journal is given.

 

2.       Authors are permitted to enter into separate agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal-published version of their works (e.g., depositing it in an institutional repository or including it in a book), with the condition that the original publication in this journal is acknowledged.

 

3.       Authors are permitted and encouraged to upload their works online, disseminate them, and maximize their impact through various databases (e.g., institutional repositories or websites) either before or during the submission process, as this may foster constructive discussions and accelerate and broaden citations of the published work.

3.       Penulis diperbolehkan sekaligus didorong untuk mengunggah karya mereka secara daring, menyebarkannya, dan memaksimalkan dampaknya melalui berbagai basis data (misalnya, repositori institusi atau situs web) sebelum atau selama proses submisi, mengingat hal tersebut dapat memicu diskusi yang konstruktif serta peningkatan sitasi yang lebih cepat dan lebih luas terhadap karya yang telah dipublikasikan.
