Publication Ethics

Publication and Authorship

1.       Every paper submitted will undergo a strict evaluation process by at least one and a maximum of two reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.

2.       The evaluation process will be conducted using a double-blind review mechanism.

3.       Factors considered in the review process include relevance, quality, results, originality, readability, and language.

4.       The possible decisions include acceptance, acceptance with revisions, or rejection.

5.       If authors are advised to revise and resubmit, there is no guarantee that the revisions will be accepted.

6.       Rejected articles will not be reviewed again by the reviewers.

7.       Acceptance of articles is subject to applicable laws related to defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism.

8.       An article should not be submitted to more than one publication.

9.       The publisher is required to retract an article that has been published if any ethical or legal violations are later discovered.

 

Author's Responsibilities

1.       Authors must ensure that the submitted manuscript is their original work.

2.       Authors must declare that all data used in the paper is valid and authentic by submitting an original signed declaration with a stamp.

3.       Authors must guarantee that the manuscript has not been published elsewhere.

4.       Authors must ensure that the manuscript is not under consideration for publication in any other publisher.

5.       Authors must participate in the review process.

6.       Authors are obligated to provide clarification or correction if errors are found.

7.       Every author mentioned in the paper must make a significant contribution to the research conducted.

8.       Authors must inform the editor of any potential conflicts of interest.

9.       Authors must identify all sources used in the writing of the manuscript as valid sources.

10.   Authors must report any errors found in published articles to the editor.

 

Reviewer's Responsibilities

1.       Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of all information related to the article they are reviewing.

2.       The review process must be conducted objectively, without personal criticism of the author.

3.       Reviewers must provide their views clearly, supported by arguments in accordance with established standards.

4.       Reviewers may suggest relevant works not yet cited by the author.

5.       If reviewers find substantial similarities or overlaps between the manuscript under review and other previously published works, they must notify the Editor in Chief.

6.       Reviewers should not review manuscripts where there is a conflict of interest due to competitive, collaborative, or other connections with the author.

 

Editor's Responsibilities

1.       The editor has full authority to accept or reject the submitted article.

2.       The editor is responsible for the overall quality and content of the publication.

3.       The editor must ensure the quality of the article and the integrity of the academic record published.

4.       Decisions made by the editor should be based on the importance of the article, originality, clarity, and relevance to the scope of the publication.

5.       The editor should not reverse a previously made decision without a sufficiently strong reason based on ethics.

6.       The editor must maintain the confidentiality of the reviewer's identity.

7.       The editor must ensure that published material adheres to applicable national and international ethical guidelines.

8.       The editor may only accept papers that meet the criteria.

9.       If the editor suspects any ethical violations, whether the paper has been published or not, the editor must retract the published article and hold the author fully accountable.

10.   The editor must not reject a paper without a clear reason.

11.  The editor must avoid conflicts of interest between staff, authors, reviewers, and editorial board members

 

Publication Ethics

Publikasi dan Kepengarangan

1.       Setiap makalah yang diajukan akan melalui proses penilaian yang ketat oleh minimal satu dan maksimal dua reviewer yang memiliki keahlian di bidang terkait.

2.       Proses penilaian dilakukan dengan sistem mekanisme double-blind review.

3.       Faktor yang dipertimbangkan dalam proses review mencakup relevansi, kualitas, hasil, keaslian, kemudahan dibaca, dan bahasa.

4.       Keputusan yang mungkin diambil mencakup penerimaan, penerimaan dengan revisi, atau penolakan.

5.       Jika penulis disarankan untuk melakukan revisi dan mengajukan ulang, tidak ada jaminan bahwa revisi tersebut akan diterima.

6.       Artikel yang ditolak tidak akan ditinjau ulang oleh reviewer.

7.       Penerimaan artikel tunduk pada peraturan hukum yang berlaku terkait dengan pencemaran nama baik, pelanggaran hak cipta, dan plagiarisme.

8.       Satu artikel tidak boleh dimasukkan dalam lebih dari satu publikasi.

9.       Penerbit Wajib menarik artikel yang sudah diterbitkan apabila dikemudian hari ditemukan pelanggaran etik maupun hukum.

 

Tanggung Jawab Penulis

1.       Penulis harus memastikan bahwa naskah yang diajukan adalah karya asli mereka.

2.       Penulis harus menyatakan bahwa seluruh data yang digunakan dalam makalah adalah sah dan autentik. dengan menyertakan surat pernyataan orisinalitas bertanda tangan materai

3.       Penulis harus menjamin bahwa naskah tersebut belum pernah dipublikasikan di tempat penerbit lainnya.

4.       Penulis harus memastikan bahwa naskah tersebut tidak sedang dipertimbangkan untuk publikasi di tempat penerbit lain.

5.       Penulis wajib berpartisipasi dalam proses review.

6.       Penulis berkewajiban untuk memberikan klarifikasi atau koreksi jika terdapat kesalahan.

7.       Setiap penulis yang disebutkan dalam makalah harus memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap penelitian yang dilakukan.

8.       Penulis wajib memberitahukan kepada Editor jika ada potensi konflik kepentingan.

9.       Penulis harus mengidentifikasi semua sumber yang digunakan dalam penulisan naskah merupakan sumber yang valid.

10.   Penulis harus melaporkan setiap kesalahan yang ditemukan dalam artikel yang telah diterbitkan kepada Editor.

 

Tanggung Jawab Reviewer

1.       Reviewer wajib menjaga kerahasiaan seluruh informasi terkait artikel yang mereka review.

2.       Proses review harus dilakukan secara objektif tanpa ada kritik pribadi terhadap penulis.

3.       Reviewer harus memberikan pandangan mereka dengan jelas dan dilengkapi dengan argumen yang mendukung sesuai dengan kaidah.

4.       Reviewer bisa menyarankan karya-karya yang relevan yang belum dikutip oleh penulis.

5.       Jika reviewer menemukan kesamaan yang substansial atau tumpang tindih antara manuskrip yang sedang ditinjau dengan karya lain yang sudah diterbitkan, Reviewer wajib memberitahukan Editor in Chief.

6.       Reviewer tidak boleh menilai manuskrip yang memiliki konflik kepentingan karena hubungan kompetitif, kolaboratif, atau koneksi lainnya dengan penulis.

 

Tanggung Jawab Editor

1.       Editor memiliki wewenang penuh dalam menerima atau menolak artikel yang diajukan.

2.       Editor bertanggung jawab atas kualitas isi dan publikasi secara keseluruhan.

3.       Editor harus menjamin kualitas artikel dan keutuhan catatan akademik yang diterbitkan.

4.       Keputusan yang diambil oleh Editor harus didasarkan pada pentingnya artikel, orisinalitas, kejelasan, dan relevansinya terhadap ruang lingkup publikasi.

5.       Editor tidak boleh membatalkan keputusan yang sudah diambil sebelumnya tanpa alasan yang cukup kuat dan berlandasan etik.

6.       Editor wajib menjaga kerahasiaan identitas reviewer.

7.       Editor harus memastikan bahwa materi yang dipublikasikan mengikuti pedoman etika Nasional dan internasional yang berlaku.

8.       Editor hanya boleh menerima makalah jika memenuhi kriteria.

9.       Jika Editor mencurigai adanya pelanggaran etika, baik makalah sudah diterbitkan atau belum, maka Editor Wajib menarik kembalik artikel yang sudah diterbitkan dan meminta pertanggung jawaban penulis sepenuhnya.

10.   Editor tidak boleh menolak makalah tanpa alasan yang jelas.

11.   Editor wajib menghindari konflik kepentingan antara staf, penulis, reviewer, dan anggota dewan penyunting.
